How about if our members post, in this discussion, information on any books they know about on Halas, or links to websites with instructions or even pictures of Halas. I think needlelacetalk has info scattered all over on this subject. It might help if we collected it all in one place.

Marie Laurie - Hungarian Needlepoint. Halas lace, an Australian Interpretation. Soft cover, spiral bound.
Pat Earnshaw - Outlines & Stitches, - has some Halas lace stitches in it, too.

(Note - My Hungarian husband tells me it is correctly pronounced 'Hollosh'! Hungarians pronounce some letters of the alphabet differently to us English speaking people!)
