This was my first try. again, I followed Catherine Barley's instructions. I really enjoyed using the silk, although it took some learning to handle it.

Thank you everyone, again.  I have to tell a story to show you should never give up.  I was working on this piece while minding a garage sale, when my daughter's large black lab walked up an plopped his big, slobbery muzzle on my lap.  My lace was also on my lap.  You can imagine my reaction when I saw the result.  I had worked so hard on it, I was going to save it and hope for the best.  I washed it and it came out fine!

Just noticed that Paula embellished the threaded couronnes at the top left & right. That is Really going it!!!!
