I thought I was counting the rounds, - but I think mainly it is my tension that is not good.Some diamonds are worked more tightly than others! Grrrrr!!  More practice is needed!!! 

Anyway, I am enjoying the challenge, so thank you for starting me on this new lace.

(But then - I can lose count when working hardanger embroidery, and miss a thread here and there - and that is only counting to 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!! )

when we are working pogacica or diamond, have to count how many times thread passing. In this case I have passed five times around each scap. If you don t count, your pogacica can t be same.

Thank you for these great photos.  I thought that must be how the diamonds are made, but waited to make sure!!  Now I can get this round done tonight!!
