Hi Brona, thank you so much for the link. I shall pop it onto the "to do list" and hope my husband orders it. I note it is also available in German too. Autumn is nearly upon us and there is no longer any excuses not to stitch. I hope you've got further needle lace projects in the pipeline to satisfy our appetites .....xx

Hi Teri, thank you for your interest! This is a magazine "Krajka" (= "Lace"). I think there is also an English translation, but I have unfortunately only one Czech copy. Many greetings!!!

Hi Brona, I've been updating myself on your blog as I do regularly. Congratulations on getting your work into the Lace Magazine. It is so well deserved!! Is this publication a Czech one? I'd love to see a copy in English but don't know if one is available? X

Congratulations, Brona. You have produced another Gem!  You are so clever thinking up these designs, - and then working them so superbly. Very well done.

This is so very original. The balance and layout are superb. Well done, and congratulations.

Thank you Brona. Always so fascinating to know the theme of a piece and your imagination has always, without exception, been unique. As with all Masters, you have a "certain signature", which reveals itself through your creations. What I particularly like about such themes is the different ideas people produce.

Teri, you are right. But our pebbles (needle lace) and waves (bobbin lace) were for common Czech OIDFA stand. Inspirations for this black lace were some pencil drawings "doodles" and "zentangles", and three small children's monsters.

What inspired you to make this design Brona? Sometime ago, on your blog, you posted photos of pebbles for an upcoming exhibition. Are you any further forward towards your goal?

Linda and Teri, thanks! And China? I think no - it is too far afield...

Hi Brona, congratulations, this is absolutely stunning. You have such a gift for producing something extraordinary. Will you be going to China? X
