I remembered that I had probably saved some information on the ariz.edu site, because I intend to use it myself. So I sent you that information. I have not tried it myself. Since you are a member of arachne, you could ask there yourself. I also looked and found a current email address for Tess. tess1929@aol.com
I just checked my saved emails, and this one is relevant. Alex Stillwell was asking about posting books to ariz.edu, and this is what she sent me.

The contact you need is - john.p.cropper@gmail.com . Here is an excerpt from the letter John has sent to Joan -
Let me introduce myself. I am a retired employee of the University of Arizona in Tucson Arizona. Back in 2004 I was asked to assist Professor Ralph Griswold in scanning in materials related to weaving. I have continued the work since his passing in October 2006 and the website has become a free source of reference material for weavers all over the world."
Let me know if contacting him works.
I will ask on Arachne what specific steps to follow. Are you a member of Arachne?

I enjoyed your article on Soles laces in the current issue of the IOLI Bulletin. You greatly added to my knowledge of that form of lace. I hadn't realized that it is a primarily central and south American lace. I had never heard of the square framework to start the radial warp. I hope you have considered of some way to archive your article, possibly by making it into a pdf file and offering it to this:
https://www2.cs.arizona.edu/patterns/weaving/webdocs.html Your contributions to NEEDLELACETALK has educated our membership (and me) about the really creative work currently and recently done in that form. I don't want the world to lose that.
Thank you for share these lovely and illustrative photos. Greetings from Mexico.
