Hi Linda, thank you for your friend invite. I still am a bit overwhelmed by all the nice comments I get.
If you find my work inspiring, through your pictures I fell in love with Pag Lace. So very beautiful, different from reticello and aemilia ars, and yet.. I didn't know this kind of lace (there are so many) and I very very definitively want to try it. Your pictures will surely help me!! Are there any books you could recommend on the subject? I'm sure that here in this part of France, nobody ever heard anything about it.
That would be great Linda. I don't know anyone who share my interest in lace making, it will be nice to share with someone. I just returned from Ireland was able to go the Kenmare lace and design center. I was in awe of all the beautiful antique and modern day lace on display. Now I want to learn it all!! :)
Hi LInda, I think I'm doing this right. I'm so proud of myself for getting the profile picture up and commenting is something else to learn. I'd love to talk about needle lace. I will probably browse the site for a few days. Thanks for the invite! Jane
Hi, Linda. I've been following your work here, in the page. I enjoy with you your progress. I've seen that you use a diagramm to do your laces, a image of concentric circles. ¿Can you share with me that image? Do you print it or do you buy it? I found it very useful. Because my english is not too well, I put here the link to your photo http://needlelacetalk.ning.com/photo/pretty-in-pink-latest/next?context=user I've seen your use of paper with little squares as guide for needlelace. Great idea. Thank you for share your photos.
I approved your photos, except for dsc480. That one was out of focus and most of the stitches weren't clear enough to identify. If you can get an in-focus shot of that same section, I'll be happy to approve it.
