Brona has made line drawings for some of the Hardouin patterns, and posted a few of her own--all good practice pieces for newbies. 

Some free embroidery patterns, which could be used for needlelace designs.

Online sources for graph paper or circular grids, for sol lace wheels or pattern drafting:  This one allows you to tell it how many spokes, how many concentric rings, etc. You make your own custom circular grid.  Can be used for designing Pag and reticello laces also.  A  large set of grids for teneriffe lace, by one of our members.
